This will be the fourth Find Your Flow Retreat at Mana and each year it is refined to reflect what people say they need, to get the most out of their time here. The focus of the weekend is rest and connection: exploring wellbeing practices that allow you to destress and connect to yourself, each other, and Nature away from your busy life so you can feel grounded, nurtured and centred.

It’s a weekend for you to explore yoga and meditation practices through daily guided meditations and Yoga. Being at Mana means you are immersed in Nature and you will have plenty of time to explore and enjoy the stunning surroundings. We will also explore some different meditation and breathwork practices so you can perhaps find something that works for you that you can incorporate into your life.

Each day you there will be a guided meditation, Vinyasa Flow yoga practice and an evening Yin/restorative yoga session.

Everything is optional and all you need to do is decide the flow of the days that will help you relax, recharge and reconnect. The classes are for all levels, please be mindful that if you are an experienced yogi wanting a challenge then this probably is not the retreat for you.
